保養服務流程:
由於產品的特殊性,本公司所出售的產品只接受保修,不接受退款。本公司所有產品保修期由購買當日起,為期一年有效 (不包括人為損壞)。
客戶必須在購買後14天內同步線上登記產品保修方為生效。 保修需出示購買的憑證及一年有限硬件保用證(需要發票、收據等之正本,影印本恕不接受。 )
消費者需妥善保管以上文件,遺失不補。

A. 基本信息(登記電話、電子郵箱號)
B. 購買憑證及一年有限硬件保用證(內含購買日期、購買金額、商家資訊)
C. 故障問題(故障類型、故障問題描述、故障影片)
提交資料後,iPPEKi將在工作日內24~48小時進行資料驗證,並在1~3個工作日內為您生成相應售後方案
- 如提供資料欠缺或者故障問題無法直觀判斷,需要重新補交欠缺部分證明文件的資料;
- 如針對產品使用咨詢/使用操作不當,iPPEKi會提供對應的使用方法/建議。
*如客戶拒絕或未能提供有關資料,iPPEKi有權拒絕客戶之保養申請。
條款及細則:
(一) iPPEKi對於任何因產品不適當地使用或任何產品之故障、損壞或停頓而引致任何人士或財產的直接或間接損失及破壞,概不負責。
(二)客戶須自行將產品送往指定地點,並於產品修妥後於同一地點取回。
(三)此一年有限硬件保用證只適用於香港,於修理時,客戶需出示此產品保修證及由經銷商發出的正式發票予技術員查閱,方為有效。消費者需妥善保管一年有限硬件保用證,遺失不補。除此產品保修證外, 任何商號及人士發出的一年有限硬件保用證,及經過塗改的產品保用證均不為iPPEKi認可。
(四) 除產品表面、機殼、損耗零件及配件外,產品如發生故障,若經證實乃在正常使用情況下發生者,iPPEKi將提供免費修理及更換零件,經更換後之任何損壞零件,將歸iPPEKi所有。
(五) 下列項目不包括於保修範圍內,客戶須另付所需的維修費用。 (A)修理或更換產品之附件、外觀及損耗性零件,包括但不限於外接線、機殼、面板、面板貼紙等、(B)曾被非iPPEKi的技術員明顯地或不明顯地進行改裝、更改或修理的產品。 (C)曾經被不適當或疏忽使用、不正常供電或電壓不正常、意外、天災或因昆蟲、外物、液體入侵、腐蝕或外來因素而造成損壞的產品。 (D)因產品不正確安裝而影響正常之操作。
(六) 如中英文版本有差異時,應以中文版為準。
(七) 客戶不可擅自更改產品上的機身編號,,如發現產品上的機身編號與一年有限硬件保用證所列者不符,此一年有限硬件保用證則告無效。 (如適用)。
(八) 本一年有限硬件保用證並未賦予或意圖賦予任何第三者因《合約(第三者權利)條例》(第623章)所列之任何利益或權利以強制執行本一年有限硬件保用證的任何條款內容。
(九) iPPEKi保留更改以上條款及細則之權利而毋須另行通知。

Maintenance service process:
Due to the particularity of the product, the products sold by our company only accept warranty and do not accept refunds. The warranty period for all our products starts from the date of purchase and is valid for one year (excluding man-made damage).
Customers must register online within 14 days of purchase for the product warranty to take effect. Warranty requires proof of purchase and a one-year limited hardware warranty (original invoices, receipts, etc. are required, photocopies are not accepted.). Consumers must keep the above documents properly and will not replace them if lost.
If there is a need for warranty within one year after registration:
If the product has substantial defects in materials or workmanship that can be attributed to the manufacturer or has conditional maintenance, please WhatsApp us first and provide the following information so that a specialist can help you troubleshoot!
A. Basic information (registration phone number, email address)
B. Proof of purchase and one-year limited hardware warranty (including purchase date, purchase amount, and merchant information)
C. Fault problem (fault type, fault description, fault video)
After submitting the information, iPPEKi will verify the information within 24 to 48 hours and generate a corresponding after-sales plan for you within 1 to 3 working days.
- If the information provided is insufficient or the fault cannot be determined intuitively, you need to resubmit the missing part of the supporting documents;
- In the event of product usage consultation/improper operation, iPPEKi will provide corresponding usage methods/suggestions.
*If the customer fails to provide relevant information, iPPEKi reserves the right to reject the customer's maintenance registration application.
Terms and Conditions:
(1) iPPEKi is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage to any person or property caused by improper use of the product or failure, damage or suspension of any product.
(2) Customers must deliver the product to the designated location by themselves and pick it up at the same location after the product is repaired.
(3) This one-year limited hardware warranty is only applicable to Hong Kong. When repairing, the customer must present the One-Year Limited Hardware Warranty Card and the official invoice issued by the dealer to the technician for review to be valid. Consumers need to keep the one-year limited hardware warranty properly and it will not be replaced if lost. In addition to this product warranty, the one-year limited hardware warranty issued by any company or person, and the altered product warranty are not recognized by iPPEKi.
(4) In addition to the product surface, casing, consumable parts and accessories, if a product malfunction occurs, if it is proven to occur under normal use, iPPEKi will provide free repairs and replacement parts. Any damaged parts after replacement will be owned by iPPEKi.
(5) The following items are not included in the warranty scope, and the customer must pay the required maintenance fees separately. (A) Repair or replace the accessories, appearance and consumable parts of the product, including but not limited to external cables, casings, panels, panel stickers, etc.; (B) It has been modified obviously or not obviously by non-iPPEKi technicians; Altered or repaired products. (C) Products that have been damaged by improper or negligent use, abnormal power supply or voltage, accidents, natural disasters, or damage caused by insects, foreign objects, liquid intrusion, corrosion, or external factors. (D) Normal operation is affected due to improper installation of the product.
(6) If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
(7) Customers are not allowed to change the body number on the product without authorization. If the body number on the product is found to be inconsistent with the one listed in the one-year limited hardware warranty, the one-year limited hardware warranty will be invalid. (if applicable).
(8) This one-year limited hardware warranty does not confer or purport to confer any benefits or rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623) to enforce this one-year warranty. Any terms of the Limited Hardware Warranty.
(9) iPPEKi reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
